15+ foot ceilings, big open floor plan, and enormous windows! This is a true old school Brooklyn loft right at the junction of Williamsburg, BedStuy and Clinton Hill. Just one block from Pratt School of Design, the G Train, and busy Myrtle Avenue with its shops, cafe's, and international cuisine. 15 minute walk through gorgeous brownstones of Clinton Hill to the most beautiful park, delicious restaurants, and best farmers market in BK: Fort Greene. Nearby landmarks include Speedy Romeos, Peck's, Clementine's Vegan Bakery, FanFan Donuts, and Kolache Kitchen.

This is my actual home and you will feel right at home, too, with my plant friends, extensive assortment of kitchen utensils and vintage furniture. It’s very possible that I will be away longer and you could extend your stay.

The kitchen has an eat-in counter, a Berkey water filter, hot water kettle, Instantpot and everything else you need. Great water pressure in the shower. Pull out couch in living room sleeps two and another cozy little couch in the bedroom is great for reading. Wifi and utilities included. AC units in both rooms plus a ceiling fan. Laundry in the basement.

Dates are somewhat flexible with a minimum of 10 days. However I will strongly preference someone staying for the full duration.
