We’re the owners of the apartment and recently moved after welcoming a new baby and realizing we needed more space for our growing family and our two medium-sized dogs. We lived in the apartment ourselves and took good care of it, and we’re excited to find the right next person or people to call it home.
A close friend will be helping show the apartment, but we’ll be the primary point of contact for the tenant and will be responsive and hands-on throughout the process.
First month’s rent and one month’s security deposit due at lease signing. We’ll ask for some basic information such as proof of income, employment, or savings, along with references when available. Credit and background checks are part of the process, and guarantors are welcome if helpful. This is a non-smoking unit.
