Easy access to subway and 15-mins to lower Manhattan. LOTS of nearby shops and restaurants.
Our loft features a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 private bedrooms (one queen, one full bed —newer mattresses), and one back studio area for storage/with washer & dryer and utility sink. Two televisions/with streaming services are in the space. Powerful, newer A/C units and fans throughout the loft in the warm months, and cozy baseboard heating in the cold months. Convenient coffee shop and grocery store on the block, with nearest subway only 5-min walk away.
Sparkling clean loft, bath essentials, coffee/tea, & filtered water, etc. provided. Extremely fast & reliable WiFi offered as well. Corner unit with quiet neighbors in residential, renovated factory building. Loft accessible by elevator.

Availability as of mid-June for several months! Please be in touch with a bit about yourself, and preferred dates. Minimum length of stay 2 weeks, max 3 months.
Ideal candidates are non-smoking, tidy, 2 respectful adults (4 max), no pets.
We would ask that any tenant be able to water our (easy/straightforward) indoor plants 1x/week for the duration (applies only to stays longer than 2 weeks).
Rate includes utilities; guest agrees to pay one-time $200 cleaning fee.
Total amount may be paid via Venmo or PayPal; installments accepted. Contract/invoice provided upon booking.
