Our loft features a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 private bedrooms (one queen, one full), and one back studio area for storage/with washer & dryer. Convenient coffee shop and grocery store on the block, with nearest subway 5-min walk away.
Sparkling clean loft (using all-natural cleaning products), bath essentials (towels, linens, soaps, hairdryer) coffee/tea, & filtered water, etc. provided. Extremely fast & reliable Wifi offered as well (password provided). Corner unit with quiet neighbors in residential, renovated factory building.

We have some availability to book for the remainder of the year. Short-term (minimum 3 nights) to longer-term (~1 month) available.
Shorter term stays for the near future desired, with longer stays available in November-Jan, but please share your request and we will accommodate if we can. Please be in touch with a bit about yourself, and preferred time frame. Ideal candidates are non-smoking, 4 respectful adults max, no pets.
If staying longer than one week, we would ask that the renter be willing to water our indoor plants. Discount on nightly stay offered after 2 weeks. Renter agrees to pay full amount (plus $200 one-time cleaning fee) via Venmo or PayPal.
