I am willing to make minimal changes so that you have a home you feel good in. I require that the apartment be kept clean and regarded with care and respect, as well as quiet relationship to building.
The current sub-tenants may move out a few days before Oct 1 and after cleaning the apartment, I am willing to give you the opportunity to move in then.
