Subletting my one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of charming 10 unit building for the month of January, open to longer if desired.

I've curated my space with the various treasures I've found along my travels, making the apartment a comfortable home office and relaxing oasis from the city life outside.

Amenities include - a dedicated workspace w/ high speed Wifi, pull out couch, deep bathtub for soaking, new oven (updated from pictures), Roku TV, comfortable queen bed, and a lovely green shared outside area. Plenty of closet space for clothes & storage of a few items if needed.

Street parking w/ my permit placard. Coin/app operated laundry on site. The apartment is close to areas like Los Feliz and Silverlake. Metro station is 3 blocks away, which is handy but do use some caution when walking at night.

My neighbors in the building are lovely - creative / artist-type professionals and animal lovers. There' s a good amount of plants and seating in the back area (shared with a single unit next door).

Sorry, no pets allowed (Moroccan rugs!).
