We’re a small but mighty landscape architecture team looking for a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager who loves numbers, organization, and keeping a creative studio running smoothly. If you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything humming, you might be our next office hero.
What You’ll Do
The Numbers Stuff (your superpower):
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and online bill payments
• Prepare monthly invoices, bank reconciliations, and quarterly financial reports
• Track timesheets, billing projections, and other bookkeeping tasks
• Use QuickBooks like a pro
The Office Magic:
• Handle payroll, benefits, and 401k administration
• Manage office equipment, software, filing, and business licensure/certifications
• Assist with recruitment, scheduling performance reviews, and HR paperwork
• Provide general administrative support
Marketing & Client Support
• Assist with proposals and maintain client communications
• Assist with email, mail, and social media campaigns
• Keep the CRM organized and assist the design team as needed
What You Bring
• Experienced (3–7 years) in office management and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Independent, organized, and a team player
• A love of details, lists, and getting things right
• Great communication skills and a sense of humor
• Comfort working independently in a small, collaborative studio
• Bonus: Adobe InDesign or AEC industry experience
