Built in 1888, this charming, light-filled 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath house is located in the middle of Bovina Center’s picturesque Main Street. Furnished with new beds, couch, and stunning antique touches, the home is welcoming, easy, and functional. The property, including private deck and garden, is perched right above Main Street. The original windows perfectly frame the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, streams feeding into the Delaware River and neighboring dairy cows all right across the street.

Upstairs, the full bath has a tub/shower. There are three bedrooms (one Queen bed, two Full beds).

Downstairs, the spacious living room has a large, comfy couch and chairs. The dining room table is long, ready to have a full dinner spread or operate as a work space.
Kitchen is recently remodeled and well-equipped for any culinary creations. Original hardwood floors are throughout the house.

Outside, a wood deck is great for hosting meals and reading books. The garden is full of flowering perennials, as well as herbs ready to be picked. We have a large fire pit and a Weber grill, two Adirondack chairs, among other seating options outdoors.

There is fast internet throughout the home and although no cell service, wifi can support calls seamlessly.

The home is close to reservoirs, rivers, hiking, skiing and bike trails.
Farm stands, farmers’ markets, yoga classes, and antique stores fill the nearby towns.
