This is a fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath, 1,500 sq ft, tudor-style house w/ hot tub and medieval-modern interior. Available for rent from June 1st, 2025 for up to 12 months (minimum 3-month rental). Kid- and pet-friendly.

Breathe in the freshest mountain air, take in beautiful views and unforgettable sunsets, listen to bird song, be enchanted by starry night sky (no light pollution!), and simply enjoy the peace and quiet while bonding with nature. The house faces endless woods and is located on a quiet road. Step outside and enjoy acres of forest - 1-mile hiking trail in our backyard! Enjoy the 6-person capacity hot tub, or sit by the fire pit. Swimming hole, kids playground, and grocery store within 5 min drive.

The upper level of the house has a spacious welcoming living area, a large dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a lounge/work area, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. 4 beds total, sleeps 8.

- Bedroom 1 - queen size bed
- Bedroom 2 - full size bunk bed (2 full beds), equipped with steps to allow both young and old to use the top bunk.
- Lounge/work area - queen size sleeper sofa.

High-speed Starlink internet. No AC - the Catskills nights typically keep the house nice and cool in the summer. The heaters do a great job heating up the house during cold days. Outdoor grill.

We are an easy-going fun-loving and creative couple in our 40s and use this home as our city escape on a regular basis. One of us is currently unemployed, so we are renting out our second home to make ends meet. We love the outdoors and the Catskills area offers tons of hiking options.
