Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to renew our lease with in Williamsburg starting on July 1.

We're two blocks from McCarren Park and five blocks from the Metropolitan/Lorimer St L/G subway! Truly an ideal location with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping in the area.

This is a 3bed2bath apartment in a brand new building (built October 2023) that I've lived in for the past year and it's been amazing. We have laundry and a gym in the building, with a private parking garage available as well. The building also has a conference room, a fully furnished roof, and an elevator (accessible and pet friendly!).

The apartment itself has tons of natural light with floor to ceiling windows in every room, central air in each room, and a balcony that runs along the entire length of the apartment. The kitchen has a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

The bedroom that's available has a private bath.

I'm 26 and working as an art director in advertising. I WFH 3x/week but love to work from a coffee shop/ the rock climbing gym nearby when I can. I've lived in Brooklyn for the last seven years and would love to have a roommate who wants to explore the neighborhood or hang out and have a glass of wine in the apartment. I met my current roommates on Facebook last summer and we all became good friends, but they're moving out to live with their partners! I like to have a balance between socializing and personal space, and I like to keep the apartment pretty tidy.

When I'm not working, I love to travel (I travel pretty frequently for work and pleasure!), read, and do yoga. I also love to rock climb, take photos, and do ceramics. I love trying new restaurants/ bars and cafes, going to museums and live music shows.
