Our house is looking for one individual to sublet a bright, furnished bedroom in a Bed Stuy brownstone with 2 other roommates (and a cat!) for the last two months of the lease. A 3rd floor walk up, the room has a generous wardrobe and excellent sunlight. This room comes with a shared bathroom (with one roommate), and a kitchen with a dishwasher. No laundry onsite. I'm leaving NYC earlier than anticipated and have to leave behind new-ish, quality furniture, so will preference subletters interested in buying the furniture currently in the room and prepared to sell/take with them at the end of the sublet (which is also the end of the lease). Cat-friendly folk also a plus.

Utilities not included in base rent (but <$100 a month)

We live on a quiet street and each roommate is mostly out at work during the day. We strive to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean, but easy going.

Accessibility Info: there is no elevator in this building, there are a set of steps up to the front door and then two flights up to the apartment. Neither hallway width, nor door width would likely fit standard sized wheelchair.
