I work in strategic consulting and come from a professional corporate background. I’ve been spending more time abroad and on the East Coast, and I’m looking to sublet my place for the next year to someone wonderful who will truly take great care of it.
I’m ideally looking for someone respectful, independent, and low-maintenance who will treat the space like their own.

2. If I reach out to you, we will schedule a phone or zoom interview
3. We will schedule a time for you to visit the place
4. In order to secure the place I will need:
- Signed Agreement between us on Docusign
- Photo ID
- One Month Security Deposit
