Subleasing our clean/spacious 1 BR loft apartment in Greenpoint. Dates are flexible. The space is fully furnished and gets a ton of natural light (east facing windows).
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The apartment is a 4th floor walk-up located right on Manhattan Ave. You'll be close to a ton of coffee shops and bakeries (Radio Bakery, Sweetleaf, Odd Fox, Rhythm Zero, Acre, Paloma Espresso, etc.) and there's a good variety of food in the neighborhood (Korean, Japanese, Polish, Thai, Mexican, Chinese, pizza, bagels, etc.).
Laundromat is on the same block. You'll be a 5 min walk away from the Greenpoint Ave G. There are also 3 buses (B62, B32, and B43) that stop right outside the apartment so you'll have plenty of options for transportation.
There are plenty of small grocery stores and fruit stands in Greenpoint so getting groceries is easy. Trader joes (both in LIC and Williamsburg) are also both a 10 minute bus ride away, or a 10 minute trip on the G.
You'll also be close to the waterfront where you'll get great views of Manhattan from Transmitter Park! Williamsburg is also a short bus ride away (or approx. 20 min walk)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're relatively quiet and like to keep our apartment extremely clean so we want to find someone who will do the same and clean regularly and not cause too much noise. Ideally, we want to find someone who will enjoy the neighborhood as much as we do and treat the space like their own home rather than a temporary living space.
We also have a few houseplants so having experience with plants is a plus!
No smoking, no pets, couples are okay
RATE:
Rent for the stay would be $135 per day. Rate includes utilities.
My partner (29 M software engineer) and I (29 F audio producer) are both very clean and quiet people. We enjoy trying new food and coffee shops, taking walks, basketball, reading, and cooking.
We are the current tenants of the space and will be gone on vacation.
You will be asked to sign a rental agreement. A security deposit is required to secure the apartment. Deposit will be equal to the rate times number of days stayed.
