Three of us co-own the property and serve as landlords/contacts for the tenants. We've enjoyed the positive and collaborative relationships with tenants to date!
Between us, we’ve lived on four continents, but have come to call Brooklyn home out of love for the vibrancy and diversity of the city. One of us works in LGBTQ/HIV rights, another in tech strategy, and another in law. All of us are active in our community in some way - doorknocking for campaigns, researching cultural history, interpreting for newcomers...
This is a personal project for us -- we aim for respectful, understanding, positive relationships with folks who will call our space home. You'll be in touch with us personally, not a distant or mazelike entity.
One of us will happily show you the space! We all use he/him pronouns.
