The Space:
Completely renovated, with original moldings and detail and 10 ceilings. Past the shared, furnished porch overlooking the front garden through the main house entry, you'll find the 1st Floor Apartment. Walk into a separate, large, living room with closet and new window, original hard-wood floors, just refinished, from 1899.

From the living room, enter the separate kitchen. The kitchen is a huge sunlit room also with original wood flooring, 5 large new windows, rustic wood-beam shelving, industrial lights, an oversized white ceramic farmhouse sink, antique brass faucet, knobs/handles from Anthropologie and double-height kitchen cabinetry. Generous counters and stainless steel appliances - refrigerator with ice-maker, quiet-technology dishwasher and a 36 chefs range with rotisserie round out the space. This kitchen also boasts original tin ceilings and space for a table for 8, as well as a large separately lit nook that can act as a desk/office area. From this nook, enter through a glass French door onto your own lit private patio set up with a bistro table and 2 chairs for the new tenant, overlooking the backyard.

The adjacent bath has a new window, marble tiled tub and shower with antique brass rain shower head and hand shower, vintage recycled high-end vanity from a Park Ave demo, marble tiled flooring, a separate built-in mirrored storage cabinet, and Anthropologie finishes. The light fixture, commissioned specifically for the unit, were hand-made by Seattle based artisan, Adam Weisgerber through RoanaokCo.

There are two bedrooms. The large pri,ary is separated by the living room with two French doors, and is quite bright with three new windows and 2 large mirrored wardrobes for hanging and folded items. This room can easily fit a king and also additional furniture. The second bedroom, located off the living room, is smaller and can accommodate a full (or if stretched, a queen), with a small desk. It also has a long window looking out to the back of the house and gets good light.

Hardwood floors and high 10' ceilings are throughout the apartment. The house is detached so light comes in from all sides. Tenants in the building are creatives from Listings Project.

All utilities are included- Wifi, gas, electricity, heat, water and air conditioning. Complimentary washer/dryer are available in a separate laundry room with utility sink (hot/cold water) - for use by all tenants.

The train (2 blocks away) - J express train, Cleveland stop 25 minutes to Manhattan, or connect a couple of stops away at Broadway Junction to the L, A or C trains.

Fulton Street (1/2 block away) Key Food is 1.5 blocks away, Chinese food, Boricuas, Pizza, little fruit/vegetable stands

Atlantic Ave - 1/2 a block away - new residential high-rises going up, with commercial space (new stores/coffee shops coming)
