I’m subletting my one-bedroom apartment while I’m away this winter. The space is fully furnished and well loved. Very much a home rather than a temporary rental.

The living room gets great natural light throughout the day and has a warm, calm atmosphere. It’s ideal for one person looking for a comfortable short-term stay.

Location:
Close to both Central Park and Morningside Park, with easy access to public transit. Multiple subway lines (1, 2, 3, A, B, C) are within a 10–15 minute walk, along with several bus lines, including the M11. Grocery stores, cafés, and neighborhood restaurants are all nearby.

Looking for:
One responsible, tidy person who will take good care of the space and help water the plants while I’m away.

House rules:
No pets, no smoking, no parties. Short-term sublet only.
