We're subletting our 2 bed/2 bath apartment in West Harlem from July 1 to Aug. 15. It's located a block from Morningside Park, a few blocks from the B/C train at 116th, or A/D train at 125. Easy access to Central Park and Midtown/Downtown via the subway - also great for anyone going into Columbia University. Around the block is Frederic Douglass Blvd, a fun and vibrant street with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, grocery stores etc. 

It's a fully furnished, quiet and clean apartment with a small balcony overlooking a courtyard, in a doorman building with elevators. You'll have access to high speed wifi, AC in every room, lots of streaming apps, a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, laundry in building, and even a piano! If you have a child, our second bedroom would suit them perfectly! (We have a 6 year old daughter)

We're looking for a longer term sublet - for a minimum of 3 weeks, up to the full 6 weeks. Includes all utilities and amenities listed above.

I'm a classical pianist who lives with my wife and daughter. We are renting this apartment and have loved living in this building and this neighborhood. Either me or my wife can show you around the space. We try to keep our space as clean and tidy as possible, and will make sure it's clean for you on your arrival.
