Application will be required including credit and background check ($20 fee). References strongly recommended but not required. Guarantor may be required, pending application review.
Upon lease signing, first month's rent ($2750), security deposit ($2750), and non-refundable, one-time pet fee ($400, if applicable) due. Renter's insurance required and proof of insurance must be provided at lease signing.
Fees listed in the lease include rent late fees, re-keying fee, and and fees related to the damage of appliances or the apartment.
Pets Policy
1x Pet allowed and must be disclosed as part of the application. There is a non-refundable, one-time pet fee of $400.
