Short term 10-15 day stay in Kips Bay, just north of Gramercy Park. This is a 24-hour doorman building with an elevator to the 4th floor. There's a full kitchen and bathroom, queen bed, bar, couch, project, small balcony, and access to a fabulous roof deck.

Washer and dryer are right outside of the apartment, with another at the opposite end of the hall. Kips Bay is a quieter Manhattan neighborhood, with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment.

It's a short walk to the 6 train, with the R/W just a few further. 10 minutes to the L train and 14 minutes walk to Union Square.

The space is fully furnished and ready to be your home base for the city!
