Subletting my sweet Prospect Heights home located walking distance to the 2,3,4,5, the B,Q, and C trains. Just 5 mins to the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens (you can use my pass while I'm away!), and another 2 from there to Prospect Park.

The apartment is a fully furnished fourth floor walkup and close by plenty of groceries, good eats and bars. It has a cozy bedroom, a very large kitchen for New York that's great to cook in, beautiful hardwood floors, and roof access with a sweet view of the city :)

I keep it tidy and clean and am respectful of my neighbors. I appreciate someone conscientious who will do the same and will prioritize those who can stay the entire time.

The cost covers all utilities, including A/C and fast wi-fi. Sadly no laundry in building, but I live right above a cleaners you can drop off at, or use a great self-serve a block away. The building does allow pets, if that applies to you let's talk.

About me: queer early 30s grad student and writer. This space is a creative sanctuary to me, and I am happy to open it up to someone who will respect it.
