I’m renting my beautiful condo as my husband and I are moving into a bigger space with our newborn. We want to find someone who will treat the space as their own and take good care of it. There is a strong sense of community in the building with the 5 other tenants, so the new tenants need to be great communicators, friendly, respectful and clean.

I (owner/landlord) work in PR/communications and my partner is a musician working in music sales. We’ve lived in New York for 9 and 14 years respectively. We welcomed our first child into the world in May 2025 and are loving life as a family of 3. Sadly, we’ve outgrown this apartment but have had some wonderful memories here and hope the next tenant will too!
We’re still currently living in the apartment, but are happy to show the apartment to serious prospective tenants at a time that suits both parties. Please keep in mind that we have a 3 month old baby so our showing times may be limited and the apartment is rather full at the moment :)
