Hey there! I am going away for August until mid-September! Wanna stay in my cozy 1-bedroom in prime Bed Stuy / Stuyvesant Heights?
The apartment is on the top floor of a townhouse and has amazing light during the day (3 south-facing windows in the kitchen/seating area and 3 skylights). The neighborhood is very lovely! I'm 5 minutes away from both Utica A, C trains and Kingston Throop C trains.

I love coffee and cooking! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Gaggia espresso machine :) The bedroom is huge and has a queen-size bed and a desk. It is a great work-from-home experience.
I would like to sublet to someone who is respectful and quiet, and would enjoy my apartment as much as I do!
Rent, including utilities, is $2,600.
