My one bedroom, two bathroom (!) apartment is available while I’m away over the holidays for someone or a couple visiting New York. It’s a spacious and beautiful spot with lots of charm, a super comfy bed, and all the amenities you might need, conveniently located near many restaurants, bars, transit options, and Herbert Von King and Fort Greene park, on a sweet, quiet block. The apartment is on the parlor floor of a brownstone and is up one stoop of steps.
