This is a 1,500 sq ft live and work loft in Lincoln Heights. The space is bright, industrial, full of primary colors, and has high ceilings and huge windows. It has an easy creative feel and is definitely cooler than a hotel. It is part of a unique loft community with around 50 other spaces.

The downstairs area has an open kitchen and studio setup with tons of natural light. The lofted bedroom upstairs looks over the main space. The layout is simple, comfortable, and great for someone who wants room to work or relax.

Best for a single person or a couple looking for a place from Monday December 8 to Saturday December 13. No pets. Additionally, the place isn’t child-proof and the loft balcony/spiral staircase can be dangerous.
