We will be away for the first two weeks of August hence our place is available for 1 week minimum stays!

It is ideally located 5 min walk from Rose Ave and Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. 10min walk from beach.

It is on street level of a very quiet street and has a large outdoor patio perfect for summer hangs.
Bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, kitchen is fully equipped, space has tons of lights and a great summer vibe with lots of places to work/read/chill.
Laundry available/shared with upstairs unit. Tons of street parking, usually right in front the house or across the street.

There is a second bedroom which is our baby room and could be available if needed/after discussing.

About This Lister

We are a couple in our 30/40 with a 2year old baby - working remote/enjoying California and its outdoors - surfing/hiking/camping/... We love to host/cook and love being able to walk to the beach anytime we can! Our space is our sanctuary, even more so since we welcomed our baby boy and we are so happy to share it to the Listings project community which has always been amazing to us!
It has an lovely peaceful vibe with a minimalist/beachy feel. Our neighbors are also our landlords, they are lovely but that just means we are asking for a minimum of respect - that being said outdoor hangs/dinners until reasonable hours are no problem at all.
