I'm subletting my one-bedroom apartment in LES for two+ months: December 1st - February 19th with the option to renew the lease afterwards. Flexible about arrival date by a week or so if helpful.

The apartment is in a newly constructed, high-rise luxury building. My apartment is located on the ninth floor, easily accessible via one of the three elevators. The building has a doorman, laundry room, package room, bike storage, and immediate access to the best restaurants and bars in NYC.

As for transportation, the apartment is a 1 minute walk to the B, D, F, M, and J train; 5 minute walk to the 4, 5, and 6 train; and 10 minute walk to the L train.
