Hi, I'm a Columbia University faculty subletting my apartment for the summer months. The apartment is located on the 9th floor in a beautiful building on 113th Street and Riverside Drive, featuring a live-in building manager and doorman. The property is Columbia faculty housing, and the rent is controlled. It is a short walk to subway stations (110th St. or 116th St. Columbia Univ) and close to nice restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and located just opposite Riverside Park.

I'm looking for a responsible tenant. The apartment can accommodate one or two adults, and possibly a young child. No parties, please. I'd prefer tenants who are comfortable not wearing shoes in the apartment. No smoking.

Please note that priorities will be given to someone who can rent the entire 3 months from 1 June - 31 August 2026. Move-in date can be a few days earlier if desired.
