Me and my boyfriend have been in this apartment for 4 years. We unfortunately need to leave for personal circumstances but we have loved this space. In addition to the apartment being great (quite, very bright with two rooms having south east exposure, incredibly spacious, renovated with all new appliances), the building has a great community of neighbors who always help each other and the subway is literally one block away which makes it super convenient for commuting purposes. I work in grand central and my commute door to door is 20 minutes! Cherry on the cake - the best donut shop next door
