My fully furnished studio has high ceiling, all-day bright sunlight, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and a huge, newly renovated kitchen. It's on the 4th floor (top floor walkup) of a beautiful pre-war building in very green and spacious part of Crown Heights, Brooklyn. It's super convenient to get to Manhattan with a 5 minute walk to the Franklin Avenue Subway stop, which services the 4,5 and 2,3 express trains. It's one stop from from Atlantic Ave / Barclays station, which is the transportation hub of Brooklyn where you can get just about anywhere. It's a ten minute walk to The Brooklyn Museum, which is right next to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and Prospect Park. It's two blocks from some of the best restaurants in Brooklyn on Franklin Avenue, and one block from Nostrand Avenue, where you can the best and most authentic Caribbean food in the city. There is laundry in the basement. Utilities included in rent. Overall, it's beautiful, spacious, convenient and fun!
