ABOUT THE LOCATION


- Wonderful location in the heart of vibrant and cool 11th arrondissement (5min walk to Place de la Bastille) 10 min walk to Le Marais, 20 min walk to City Hall. 15 min walk to River Seine.

- There are many incredible restaurants and plenty of cafés, florists and bookstores in the area.

- Subway stations are very close by (Bastille, Saint-Ambroise, Voltaire)

RULES
This is a very quiet building with only 3 apartments in it.
A nice family and their baby live on the apartment on top.

Please respect the neighbors!
No parties or loud music after 10pm
No Pets (even small) / No Smoking

Cleaning service is mandatory and complementary once a week.
You are required to give access to the person in charge of the cleaning.
