Apartment is within a 2 min walk to the metro line 12 (Lamarck Caulaincourt) which takes you straight into the center of Paris in 20 mins.
Located on the top floor (with an elevator) gorgeous Haussmann building.
Washing machine in unit. Skylight in the bathroom. All amenities within a 5 minute walk.
