I'm subletting my painting studio for July/August while I'm at a residency. Located in Bedstuy across the street from Home Depot! A few blocks from the Bedford Nostrand G stop. The studio is one of a couple of studios on the ground floor of the building. My studio mates are excellent- I'm looking for someone quiet and respectful of the communal space. The space is bright with big window and great light! Private slop sink. Kitchen area and bathroom accessible.

I will be cleaning everything out and moving all of my paintings into the back corner so the space will be essentially all yours. Lots of Walls!

I'm a painter and adjunct professor, I work primarily with oils. I'm subletting for most of the summer while I travel. The artists I share the studio space with are great friends, I would love to find someone who is a good fit for the studio and general vibe.
