The master room ( 300 square feet) has been divided as a bedroom/ work space room ( no closet) - The side with the queen side bed has double closet
3rd bedroom is my extra work space/ spare room off the kitchen

Shared entrance, private second-floor unit, your section has a private hallway.

About This Lister
This is not just a rental — it’s a home filled with creativity and storytelling. Our 1930s three-story house is shared with a family deeply rooted in the media and entertainment world. Under one roof, you'll find camera operators, directors, producers, and a literary agent — all living and working respectfully in a shared space.
First Floor: Our family lives here, and we also operate a small production office in the rear of the house.
Second Floor: Your private live/work rental space —
Third Floor: Occupied by a media professional

Rental Terms & Requirements
Length of Stay:
Available for weekly stays (1 week minimum)
Flexible rental options for stays longer than 1 week or up to 11 months
For stays longer than 1 month, a lease agreement
Additional Fee ($150)
Utilities + WIFI + streaming is additional
Professional Cleaning Fees: ($150 per month x1 Friday per month) if you want more cleaning will be an extra charge
Parking: 1 car spot available $200 per month
For stays longer than 1 week, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied
Background Checks:
For stays longer than 1 week, a background check is required

Pets Policy
Pet Policy
We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis, with the following conditions:
A pet fee and refundable deposit are required
No loud or disruptive pets — this is a shared live/work space and we ask for quiet and consideration
Pets must be well-trained and housebroken
Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture unless covered
Let us know in advance if you're planning to bring a pet so we can make the proper arrangements.
