We’re moving out of our fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the corner of Franklin and Dean Streets in Crown Heights. We absolutely adore this apartment but our loss can be your gain!

The 8-storey building has a front desk that’s staffed 24/7, an enclosed courtyard with a greenhouse, laundry machines on every floor, central AC, a (really great) gym, a bike room, parking for an additional fee and a finished roof (which is currently closed for construction but will reopen soon). It’s pet-friendly.

Perhaps the best thing about this unit is that it has THREE closets including a walk-in in the primary bedroom.

Great train access — by foot it’s 7 minutes to the C train at Franklin Ave, 10 mins to both the A at Nostrand and the 2/3/4/5 at Franklin Ave/Medgar Evers.
