We're offering our lovely apartment for a summer sublet. The apartment is a first floor walk-up in a fantastic neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, parks, community gardens, galleries, bookstores and cafes. Four short blocks from Tompkins park, under 10 minutes to 2nd Ave station, with alternate side street parking that is easier to find than in most neighborhoods in the city. Easy access to everywhere.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a single and enough space for yoga in the mornings.

We'd like to find someone clean and conscientious who will enjoy and respect our space. Pets are not allowed.
