We're looking for a mindful individual, couple or small family to rent out our apartment in Bushwick on Madison St. and Broadway, for the rest of May and all of June.
The rent would be $3,600 for the month or $130/night (two weeks minimum) all included.

It's a very convenient location, 0.5 miles away from the J train either off the Gates or the Halsey stop, and an easy 20 minute train ride into lower Manhattan. Also an easy 20 minute walk to the L train. Or a 1 minute walk to a City Bike dock.

Near us are healthy markets, cafes, bars, theaters, movie theaters, bakeries, parks, pharmacies, hardware stores, etc..

It's a peaceful corner in a two-story building, and below us are very friendly neighbors.

It's a super cozy and well loved furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment, with a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, heater, and a fabulous book selection, lush plants, and music instruments for you to enjoy.

It's on the second floor of a 2 apartment building, 1 flight up.
