Looking for someone to sublet my colorful and cozy studio apartment in the best part of Park Slope! It's available from February 1st through June 15th (dates flexible). Long-term subletters are preferred (minimum stay is 6 weeks).
My apartment is my sanctuary, and I hope it can be yours too! It offers comfort, peace, and privacy, while being in the heart of a vibrant and thriving neighborhood. It has a perfect walk score (100/100) and is just steps away from cafes, boutiques, gyms, grocery stores, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll be a 4-minute walk from the 2 / 3 trains, a 10-minute walk from the 4 / 5 / B / D / N / Q / R trains and a 15-minute walk from the A / C / G trains. The beautiful Prospect Park is a 6-minute train ride or 15-minute walk away.
This space is perfect for easy, peaceful living:

– Big windows and plenty of sunshine
– Fully furnished, including kitchen appliances
– Reliable central heating and hot water
– Sit/stand desk, strong wi-fi, and ideal remote work setup
– Coin-op laundry in building

As a remote worker, I travel frequently and sublet at least once a year - so I'm vetted, organized, and dedicated to making this a stress-free experience for both of us. I've lived in this apartment for almost 7 years and I love it dearly, so I'm looking for someone clean, responsible, and reliable to trust with my home.
I'm a 32-year old woman working in tech. I love to travel, and I have the privilege of being able work from different countries throughout the year. From February through May, I'll be working from Mexico, Portugal, France, and Montenegro.
I have lived in this apartment for almost 7 years, and although it would be easier for me to let go of this space and just travel full-time, I can't bring myself to part ways with my lovely studio.
I'd like to sublet to someone who is clean, responsible, reliable, and honest. I've had fantastic experiences with my past subletters and finding the right match is important to me. I really want you to feel at home when you visit, and I want our relationship to be trusting, straightforward, and mutually beneficial.
1. We'll connect for a quick video call to get to know each other better. If we both feel good about moving forward, I'll prepare a sublet agreement for you to review.
2. We'll sign the agreement and you'll submit a $2000 security deposit (which I will be contractually obligated to return to you within 30 days of your departure).
Potentially open to small pets (approval is case-by-case, with a $1000 security deposit per pet).
