We are looking for a responsible individual or couple to sublet our beloved 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in Bed-Stuy while we are traveling. Spanning the 4th and 5th floors (walk-up), the apartment feels like a quiet sanctuary above the city with two private outdoor spaces. Because the unit faces away from the street, it is incredibly quiet for NYC, offering a peaceful retreat just 30 minutes from Manhattan via the J train (1 block away).

The apartment will be available for 12 days but we are looking for a minimum stay of 10 days.

THE VIBE & LIGHT The apartment receives beautiful natural light throughout the day. The decor is playful and design-forward (lots of books, art, and color), creating an inspiring environment for creatives.

Lower Level (Living/Work): Features a dedicated dining/work table with high-speed WiFi, a full bathroom, and sliding doors opening onto a private balcony—perfect for morning coffee.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking, including a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and an espresso machine.

Upper Level (Sleep/Relax): Features a comfortable Queen bed, a second full bathroom, and access to a large, private roof terrace—ideal for sunset drinks or reading.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES We have many plants that bring life to the space. We are looking for a tenant who loves plants and is happy to water/care for them during their stay. The terrace garden requires daily watering in the morning. We are very organized and hope to find someone who will treat our home with the same care.
