I’m subletting my bright and charming one-bedroom apartment in a classic brownstone in Clinton Hill, a few minutes walking from Fort Greene Park.

The area is vibrant and full of great bars, restaurants, and cozy cafés. It’s next to Pratt Institute, between DeKalb Ave and Myrtle Ave. The nearest subway is the G train (subway station is just an 8-minute walk from the apartment), and it's a little over 20 minutes walking to the Brooklyn Bridge.

The apartment is located on the third floor (walk-up) and gets beautiful natural light. It’s charming and peaceful, with a few plants that make the space feel warm and cozy. The unit includes a dishwasher, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This is an intimate brownstone shared with only two other residents, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Unfortunately, it's not pet-friendly.

Note: The apartment comes fully furnished and move-in ready. It features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as towels and bed linens.
Please note that the mattress is placed directly on the floor, as we have never had a bed frame.
