Living Room: Very bright, two windows, blackout blinds, smart TV, couch, coffee table, glass desk + swivel chair.
Kitchen: Eat-in; fully equipped with small table + 2 chairs.
Bathroom: Small, clean, great water pressure, rain shower head.
No dishwasher or washer/dryer.
No smoking please.
Neighborhood:
Fantastic block: supermarket, top-rated Italian bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, a bodega, and 2 bars. One block over are two laundromats, a 24-hr produce store, a 24 hour bodega, a pizza place, an excellent Italian restaurant, a nail salon, another bakery, and an old school diner.
Utilities:
All bills will be due on the 1st of the month and they will be forwarded to you so you can check amounts.
Internet: $95/mo flat
Electric: ranges from $60–100/month
Gas (heat + hot water): varies; winter can be $$$ if heat is used a lot. Last December my bill was $160 and I used it often. I cannot give you a solid number for the gas bill, unfortunately.
