The space is very spacious, bright, and well located.

About 5 coffee shops in a 5 minute radius and YMCA is within a 5 minute walk.

I'm biased but think this is one of the best locations you can have in the Clinton Hilll/Bedstuy area :) Located off of Franklin Av, you are a short walk from the A/C/G trains and many buses. You can get to Williamsburg and Downtown Brooklyn easily, as well as Crown Heights and Flatbush. 12 minute subway ride into lower Manhattan
