This is a fabulous 2 bedroom walk-up apartment in Nolita/Little Italy. It is a share, but I'm only here part-time, and thus the need for cat care in exchange for very cheap rent. It is a 3-week rental only, (with some flexibility as to the exact day), with some lee-way as to the day. It is a walk-up, so you would need to be comfortable with stairs. You would be in my bedroom for the first 3 days, and then you would move into the room my wonderful roommate will be vacating since her summer program ends. There is air conditioning in your room after the 3 days, plus overhead fans in most of the rooms. Con Ed and internet will be covered. There's a tv with Netflix and other apps.

The apartment is near lots of trains and buses: B, F, D, M, R, 6. The space fully furnished. Whole Foods is nearby; Little Italy and Chinatown is right here as well as Soho. Its a great neighborhood, quiet and comfortable. .

Important: Our cat needs to be fed and cared for. There is a water fountain, so water is easy. There is also a litter robot, so changing litter is also easy. He just needs basic care and love. and That is the reason the rent is cheap - to have a cat lover nearby.

About This Lister

I am an older woman who is a performing artist and teaching artist. I am in and out of the apartment - I stay here only several days a week. I want to make sure the cat is well-loved when I am not here (he is a sweet boy and quite a character). I am considerate, playful, not totally messy but not a neat freak.
I use she/her. I would prefer someone older and a woman, just for comfort, but it is not necessary.
