My 3-level hermitage is located on the top (10th) floor of a 24/7 doorman & elevator building with laundry on every floor. The apartment has a large living room with a 19 foot ceiling. The southern exposure offers tons of sun and an unobstructed view of downtown and Freedom Tower. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms and ample storage. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher. Feel free to play the vintage upright Yamaha piano!. The living room also has a 77" tv and Sonos sound system.

Ascend the spiral staircase to the bedroom/office. It has a comfy new queen size bed and an office area with a printer. The ceiling is glass so you get great light all day and moonlight at night. When it rains the sound from the roof is the best built-in white noise machine 😌

Head up the ladder to the crows nest (or as I call it, the 'lofty loft'). Open a window, tan year-round in the succulent greenhouse vibes, have a coffee/tea, meditate, enjoy the view and Yves Klein Blue wall while you sink into the shag carpet-topped 2" memory foam floor!

All the furniture in the apartment is hand made by yours truly. The gorgeous & newly refurbished building was built in 1900 and features 2 incredibly unique and vertiginous atriums. The neighborhood is simply one of the best in the world. Some of NY's most famous, fun and delicious restaurants and entertainment hot spots are within steps of your front door.

I'm an itinerant classical musician who loves my sunny, spacious yet cozy Greenwich Village oasis. While I'm on the road it gives me great peace of mind to know that someone conscientious is enjoying my space and keeping my green roommates alive.

My neighbors are friendly and familiar with my occasional long-ish-term 'house-sitters' as long as things stay respectfully quiet. The door staff are understanding as well. I'll be available during your stay should any questions or issues arise.
