We’re a friendly, design‑driven team of environmental designers looking to welcome a subletter (or two) into our bright, calm, and thoughtfully designed office. This is not a drab coworking setup. Our space is LEED and WELL Platinum certified, filled with natural light, and home to focused professionals who care about design, sustainability, and a good workday vibe.
We have 4 to 16 desks available, with a mix of standing and fixed options. Each desk is generously sized (5 feet wide by 2.5 feet deep) and includes a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. In addition to these “roomy” desks, you’ll have access to:

• Private conference rooms, phone booths, and a wellness room
• Comfortable communal areas for eating or taking a break
• A fully equipped kitchen with fridges, dishwashers, great coffee, a tea kettle, microwaves, and snacks
• Fast, reliable Wi-Fi
• Basic office supplies and both black-and-white and color printing
• Secure, quiet, and light-filled work environment

The office is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Penn Station, PATH trains, and subways galore at 34th Street - Herald Square. The building has two passenger elevators and a doorman on-site from 8am to 6pm. The floor is secure 24/7 with keypad access and an alarm system.

We’re offering 6‑month or annual subleases, with desks priced between $950 and $1,150 per month. The space is best suited to subletting desks in clusters rather than individually, ideally to a small firm looking to sit together. The cost includes rent, utilities, WiFi, and a genuinely high‑quality workplace that prioritizes comfort, health, and focus. It is a space designed to make the workday feel better.

We’d love to share the office with quiet, creative, and considerate professionals, ideally in design or related fields, who will appreciate a sunny, well‑appointed workplace and a respectful, low‑key community.
