Hey there!

I’m renting half of my newly renovated 520 sq ft studio in a beautiful historic building in DUMBO. It features wood floors, a stunning 14-foot wood ceiling, and is just a 5-minute walk to York station (F train). The studio is on the 4th floor of an elevator building and gets amazing light all day long thanks to its large windows.

Here’s what you get: wifi, fridge, kitchen essentials (coffee, tea, snacks), and shared bathrooms down the hall (no slop sink). The building is super clean, well-maintained, and home to other artists, photographers, and designers. There is an elevator (no freight elevator), and you’ll have 24/7 access (no overnight stays).

This space is perfect for designers, artists, photographers, writers, and other creatives who work with non-toxic materials and don’t produce dust, fumes, or excessive noise. No live-work setups, please.

The space can be divided with a room divider or shelving, as shown in one of the photos. That photo is from an earlier setup with previous tenants, just to give you an idea of how the space can be configured. Of course, I’m open to any ideas you might have as well.

Utility costs will be divided equally.
