- No pets or cigarette smoking
- Security deposit required to reserve ($500), will be refunded two weeks after sublet when damages are assessed. Will be nonrefundable if cancelled 10 or less days before start of stay.
- I expect subletters to deep clean before leaving the unit or a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit
- Rent is rent due in full 2 days before start of stay
