Located between Broadway and Kent, alongside the Williamsburg Bridge, waterfront, and the biking/running greenway. It's also a hop/skip/jump away from Domino Park, Diner, and other great neighborhood spots.

The apartment is a true one-bedroom that gets bright morning light and overlooks the low, sprawling Brooklyn cityscape. It's perfect for someone who appreciates a calm, clean space in a building with amenities including a doorman, gym, laundry room, and landscaped terrace overlooking the East River.

The building is 14 stories, and the apartment is on the 11th floor. The kitchen is on the smaller side but fully functional and includes a dishwasher.

I love my apartment and have called it home for more than 10 years.

Rent includes water, gas, and internet. Renter responsible for electricity, which runs the central air.

No smoking. No pets.
