Building is fully equipped with security cameras in all shared spaces, including the hallways & stairwells. This is a 4 story walk-up and this unit is on the top floor so no-one above you.

I've lived here for 5 years and love it, but due to circumstances I have to step away to handle things but not ready to let go of my home. So I'm looking for a responsible tenant that will keep it clean & treat it with respect, no pets and no smoking.
