Subway access is excellent (3 min to B/C, 8–10 min to 1/2/3/A/D), and you’re a short walk to Columbia’s campus, Central Park, Morningside Park, supermarkets, restaurants, and laundromats.

* Security deposit: One month’s rent
* Move-in date: Flexible between June 28–30
* Term: Available through end of August (summer sublet), with potential to extend for the right fit
No smoking, no parties, and respectful use of common areas is expected

Pets Policy
Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they are small, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Unfortunately, no cats due to allergies.
