We're seeking a roommate to fill the open room in our 3br/3b apartment in Bushwick for a 8/1/25-7/31/26 lease.

Our building is home to only 3 units, central A/C in each room, a virtual doorman, a shared backyard, and is 5-15 minute walking distance between the J/Z, M, and L MTA lines, nearby grocery, and more!

Our unit is on the top (3rd floor) with high ceilings and a skylight in the kitchen area. We've been the residents since this unit was built 7 years ago.

The open room has a long closet, can fit a full side bed and additional furniture, an individual A/C unit, and has a charming brick fireplace (decorative). It also has a private full bathroom with a standing shower. Each roommate handles a utility that all others pay them, split 3 ways: internet and electric.

We're both female in our late 20s/early 30s, stable jobs, easy-going, friendly, respectful, quiet (but always happy to chat!), clean with communal spaces, creative LGBTQIA+ friendly, and are looking for the same.

My name is Kristen, I'm 32. My roommate, Gabby, is 28. I work in book publishing, and she works in architecture. She loves music & art, and I love books and gaming. We're both down to earth, happy to chat, and enjoy trying new things.

I'm not much of a cook (but trying!) and she is an amazing baker.
